Membership Services Administrator Apprenticeship

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Membership Services team as an Apprentice Membership Services Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our members and club teams.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in membership administration. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our membership database, handling queries, and delivering a high-quality experience for our clubs and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and club teams
  • Handle queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the team with membership administration tasks
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to complete the apprenticeship programme

  • Some customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
