Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Performance Optimizer to join our Implementation Team at Workpro. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, functionality, and performance of our systems for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Optimize Systems: Utilize your technical expertise to configure and optimize Workpro and associated applications to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
  • Identify and Resolve Performance Issues: Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, implementing optimisations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to implement and integrate software solutions, providing guidance and support during development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Design and Develop Reports: Utilize SSRS and Power BI to design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards, extracting, transforming, and visualizing data from various sources to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to educate customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices in Workpro, collaborating with technical support teams to resolve escalated problems and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, technical manuals, user guides, training materials, and report specifications.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to system analysis, configuration, report development, and customer training.
Requirements
  • Proficient in SQL: Develop performant scripts to select, create, update, and delete data, including writing scripts to process data to meet casework requirements, gathering data for reporting, and importing data from external sources.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work in a Busy Environment: Thrive in a busy project environment, delivering to tight deadlines and facing tough challenges with energy and enthusiasm.
