About the Role:

We are looking for a Strategic HRIS Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of our HRIS and Payroll solution across a specific region. As a key member of our People Services Transformation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of this project.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include leading the regional deployment, collaborating with local teams, providing support and guidance, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall project goals, communicating progress updates, acting as Risk coordinator, maintaining regional project plan, tracking progress, producing weekly status reports, and facilitating training sessions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need 5+ years' experience in HR Project Management, in-depth Programme management experience, knowledge of HR processes and systems, ability to work collaboratively in a complex organisation, experience in Workday deployment, functional HCM experience, and knowledge of enterprise IT.
