We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients office, providing PA support to the senior team and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day to day operations, providing PA support to the Chairman, CEO and Group Directors, and coordinating administrative activities for the Board.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, including experience in PA support.
  • Experience in Board administration and minute-taking is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Location:

Brandon, Suffolk

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Salary:

£35-38,000 per annum
