**About Us**

Murfitts Industries is the UK’s largest tyre recycling company, processing more than 12 million tyres per year.

**The role**

Based full time at our office in Lakenheath, and reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administrator is responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the Administration Team, ensuring customer invoices are processed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

**Full Training will be provided in regards to the system we use**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Weekly and monthly invoicing.
- Processing cash sales/payments
- Producing weekly/monthly reporting
- Answering customer telephone enquiries regarding quotes

**Skills & Attributes**
- Possess a logical and analytical approach, with excellent attention to detail
- A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to and build positive relationships at all levels
