Compliance and Improvement Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Improvement Practitioner to join our team at Babcock International Group. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week with hybrid arrangements.

About the Role:
This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance and driving improvement across all project phases. You will be responsible for shaping and driving compliance standards, leading impactful audits, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support quality planning activities and ensure quality requirements are captured in all project phases.
  • Design and execute risk-based audit programmes to evaluate internal and supplier compliance.
  • Lead audits and manage non-conformance data to implement solutions that address root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Facilitate investigations into quality events and oversee corrective actions to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to assess supplier capabilities and ensure alignment with project quality standards.

Essential Requirements:
  • A strong working knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.

Qualifications:
  • Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015 is essential).
