Cavendish Nuclear seeks a Compliance and Excellence Practitioner to play a key role in ensuring excellence and compliance across every phase of critical projects.

About the Role
  • Support quality planning activities, liaising with the QC&I team to ensure quality requirements are captured in all project phases.
  • Design and execute risk-based audit programmes to evaluate internal and supplier compliance.
  • Lead audits and manage non-conformance data to implement solutions that address root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Facilitate investigations into quality events and oversee corrective actions to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Champion quality awareness initiatives to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to assess supplier capabilities and ensure alignment with project quality standards.

This is a full-time role with 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office/onsite and 2-3 days working from home.
