We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic accident repair facility.


As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Body Shop Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their vehicle repair needs in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring an exceptional level of service.


Key Responsibilities of a Client Relations Specialist:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service
2. Manage multiple tasks efficiently
3. Maintain high attention to detail in all documentation
4. Organize and scan essential documents
5. Coordinate parts bookings

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Previous experience in a contemporary Accident Repair Centre/Bodyshop is preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational abilities
- Proficient IT skills
- Experience with cash and credit management
- Excellent administrative capabilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset

This is a full-time, permanent role for a skilled and professional Client Relations Specialist, offering a competitive salary along with excellent brand recognition and a company culture that promotes career advancement.


Experience in a Bodyshop setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
