Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent leadership skills to oversee the implementation of regulatory policies and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. You will be responsible for supervising sales performances, managing staff schedules, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce regulatory policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety.
  • Supervise and oversee the sales performance of the store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and providing opportunities for career development.
  • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
  • Develop and implement content for social media platforms, such as TikTok, to enhance brand awareness and engage with customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the fast-paced food/beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
