Join Our Team as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals in need.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 peer practice lead support to individuals, using your own lived experience of mental ill health to inspire hope and promote recovery.
  • Deliver Decider Skills training to facilitate group work and support individuals in making informed decisions about their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Support Workers, Social Workers, Nurses, and Occupational Therapists, to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative approaches to mental health services, working closely with partner organisations to improve outcomes for individuals and communities.
