As a Thrive Edinburgh Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency response to individuals, providing the right help at the right time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 peer practice lead support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Deliver Decider Skills training to facilitate group work
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative approaches to mental health services

We are looking for someone who has their own lived experience of mental ill health, using services and their own recovery journey to inspire hope in others.
