As a leading food manufacturer in West Yorkshire, we are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to ensure our machinery operates at peak performance with minimal downtime. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who can drive organisational change.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing asset care, implementing predictive maintenance schedules, and identifying areas for improvement. Our ideal candidate has a relevant degree or qualification, previous experience in FMCG, preferably food manufacturing, and examples of improving machinery reliability in similar environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Asset Care Schedule: Develop and implement a proactive approach to maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Minimise Downtime: Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Improve Machinery Performance: Suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and communicate findings to management to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Degree or Qualification in a Relevant Field
  • FMCG Experience, Preferably in Food Manufacturing
  • Proven Track Record of Improving Machinery Reliability
  • Flexibility to Adapt to Business Needs
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business success.
