Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our Engineering team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a wide range of site equipment and contribute to the development and progression of on-site apprentices.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for carrying out proactive and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse. You will also use the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness and uphold all health and safety policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is working safely and efficiently
  • Conduct reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse
  • Use the latest tools and technology to maximize equipment effectiveness
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
  • Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or international equivalent) in an engineering discipline or another practical engineering qualification
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer
  • Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annumBenefits
