Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Senior Activity Development Manager. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing stimulating activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a comprehensive activity calendar that caters to diverse interests and abilities
- Leading and facilitating various activities, such as chair exercises, arts and crafts, and reminiscence therapy
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of events and programs
- Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and feedback
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A flexible and hardworking attitude, with a passion for working as part of a dedicated team
- An ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with residents
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- No previous experience is necessary, as we provide full training
