About the Job:
Sanders Senior Living is currently seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lifestyle programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan and deliver daily activities, events, and programs tailored to meet the needs and interests of our residents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., gerontology, social work, recreation therapy) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with older adults, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
