Your New Role

As a SHE Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and advice across the company's asset management department and contracts. Reporting to the Head of Safety, you will manage a team of Advisors in the management of safety procedures and legislation, including maintaining the company SHEQ systems across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and complete risk assessments & method statements
  • Undertake site audits and inspections, accident investigations and reporting
  • Develop and deliver training
  • Complete construction phase plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a similar management role within a construction and / or facilities management environment. You'll demonstrate working and detailed knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation, especially CDM & Asbestos regs.

You must be professionally qualified to NEBOSH level or hold a relevant BSc Degree.
