Marketing Projects Lead (Fixed Term Contract)

£34,600 - £38,400 DOE, £1,000 Flex allowance + up to 15% bonus and benefits.

We adopt a hybrid work approach at Gatwick Airport Limited, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external strategy consultants to deliver a major Capex project by 2026.
  • Manage the Wayfinding Strategy consultant to ensure placement schedules align with the PMO critical path and adhere to the CX strategy, Wayfinding Design Guidelines, Communication best practice, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee the placement strategy and artworking process to meet the agreed Construction PMO timeline.
  • Steer the integration of physical and digital Wayfinding solutions.
  • Handle ad hoc Wayfinding requests across the business and ensure all signage remains consistent with the project implementation.
  • Support Marketing in other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant marketing or graphic design qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and customer messaging skills with excellent written English.
  • Project management skills, attention to detail, and self-motivated initiative.
  • Experience in brand visual identity, graphic design, art working, communications, customer experience, brand management, or the design to print process is highly desirable.
  • Affinity for understanding customer journeys and experience.
