Brand and Marketing Lead

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Propositions Lead to join our newly formed Marketing Propositions team at AQA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education by influencing the perception and behavior of customers across the market.
As a Marketing Propositions Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with our Insight and Reporting team to commission customer and market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
We are looking for a marketing strategist with a proven track record of success in marketing strategy and proposition development. You will have strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on ROI and market opportunities. You will also have experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
As a Marketing Propositions Lead at AQA, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including 25 days of annual leave, increasing incrementally to 30 days after five years, plus up to an additional 4 discretionary days over Christmas and New Year. You will also have access to private medical insurance from day one, covering new and pre-existing conditions, and 5% employer pension contributions with various options through salary sacrifice.
