Pensions and Commercial Law Expertise Sought

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Principal Commercial Lawyer to lead on Pensions matters and provide technical guidance to the Legal Services team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Pensions and Commercial law, with the ability to interpret and communicate policy, legislation, and codes of practice.

As a key member of the team, the Principal Commercial Lawyer will collaborate with senior stakeholders, represent the Council and Pension Fund in governance discussions, and develop effective relationships with other pensions pools.

The role offers a high level of responsibility, hands-on experience, and a supportive working environment.

Specialist knowledge of Pensions and Commercial law is essential, with the ability to work on a hybrid basis and contribute to the Council's vision of making Lancashire the best place to live, work, and prosper.
