About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications, withdrawals, and fund switches through to completion.
  • Communicate with clients, providers, and other third parties through written and verbal correspondence.
  • Obtain valuations and product information for analysis.
  • Support our financial advisors in carrying out administrative duties throughout the process.
  • Schedule and book review meetings, managing the financial advisor's diary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within a financial planning firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office.
  • Professional manner.
  • Office-based.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £25,000 - £32,000.
  • Flexible start/finish times available once probation is passed.
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
