Job Title: Finance Assistant/Contracts Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant/Contracts Assistant to join our team at Jobshop UK Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and administering contracts, answering basic contractual queries, preparing documents for meetings, taking minutes, and attending meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Create and administer contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contractual Queries: Answer basic contractual queries for internal and external colleagues, providing clear and concise information.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare documents for meetings, take minutes, and attend meetings as required.
  • Administrative Tasks: Undertake various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, printing, coordinating mail outs, and collating basic reports.
  • Data Management: Manipulate data from spreadsheets on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
  • Previous finance or procurement administration experience in an office environment.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Able to take minutes at meetings.
  • Typing skills.
Working Environment:

This is a busy office environment, and the successful candidate will be someone who can work well under pressure, is organized, and efficient.
