We are seeking an experienced Operational Director to join our team at ABC Hospitality Enterprise in Aberdeen, Scotland.

As Operational Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue, working closely with the General Manager and other senior staff members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional levels of service and have a memorable experience at our restaurant.

The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience in a top-level management position within a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment. You will possess excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead your team to deliver outstanding results. Additionally, you should have impeccable time management and communication skills.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for monitoring our venue's finances, promoting the business through positive word of mouth, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be directly involved in recruiting and hiring staff, including the management team.
