Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing and communications strategies to achieve our financial targets, increase audience engagement, and position our work as a leader in our sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to promote our products and services
- Manage and maintain our online presence, including social media and website content
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging content and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze our marketing and communications efforts to measure their effectiveness
- Provide support for new business development and partnerships
Person Specification
- Proven experience in a marketing and communications role, preferably in the health and care, arts, and/or events sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
