Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate individual for a full-time, permanent position to deliver outdoor and adventurous activities, education programs, and skill development experiences to schools, groups, families, and individuals.

The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in outdoor activities, a willingness to work with our staff team, and a passion for sharing this with others.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at HEALing Community Center, providing specialist education, care, and activities for children, young people, adults, and families across England and Wales.

Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality outdoor and adventurous activities, education programs, and skill development experiences to schools, groups, families, and individuals
* Work collaboratively with our staff team to plan, develop, and implement programs that meet the needs of our clients
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in outdoor education or a related field
* Qualifications in outdoor activities, such as first aid, wilderness survival, or environmental education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
