About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at ClearCourse. As an Accounts Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and understanding of business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and posting of journal entries
  • Preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
  • Posting and reconciliation of bank transactions
  • Fixed asset accounting and depreciation
  • Prepayments
  • Documentation of standard operating procedures
  • Performance of R2R activities for applicable entities according to ClearCourse standard procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of finance experience, ideally in a shared service centre environment
  • Experience of working within a shared service centre
  • MS Office (mainly Excel) skills
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines
  • A degree and experience in the financial field (e.g. Accountancy or Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Studies)
