Mentorship Facilitator Role

We are seeking a Mentorship Facilitator to join our team at Remedy Education. In this role, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and provide personalized support to help them achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a Mentorship Facilitator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student. This may include working one-on-one with students who require additional support, collaborating with teachers to create a cohesive learning environment, and monitoring student progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized learning plans to promote student progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, including those with specific learning difficulties or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

What We Offer

Requirements

• Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
