Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our team at Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service. As an Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and repair of operational equipment, ensuring it remains in good working order.

You will work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex information simply will be essential in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include access to modern ICT equipment, workplace adjustments for Neurodiverse and Disabled employees, and a range of training opportunities.
