About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team as an Intern. As a DEI Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our DEI strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic programs aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion across our organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate DEI initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our Disability Awareness program in the UK.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and research to identify industry trends and best practices in DEI.
  • Provide support and guidance to Employee Groups focused on diversity and inclusion.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications promoting DEI initiatives and accomplishments.

What You Will Gain

As a DEI Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in DEI program development, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with our DEI team to develop and implement strategic programs aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion across our organization.

Requirements
