We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team at Trek Recruitment Ltd in Hawarden, North Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing invoices and credit notes, as well as supporting the finance team with credit control and cash transaction tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage invoices and credit notes: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to accurately generate customer invoices and credit notes using SAP, ensuring smooth processing and timely completion.
  • Assist with credit control and cash management: Support the treasury department with essential credit control duties, including monitoring and managing daily cash transactions in SAP to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set up new customers: Verify and set up new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary details are complete and correct to support seamless business operations.
  • Provide administrative support: Take on various ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounting Manager or wider finance team, providing support and adding value where needed.

Salary: £27,000 per annum
