Job Description

This role involves supporting project managers in delivering projects by providing high-level planning services for project plans, baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models.

The successful candidate will improve the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of programme delivery and provide leadership in best practices, with a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Advocacy: The successful candidate will be an advocate of Mace's value of safety first, ensuring exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance.
  • Talent Development: The candidate will support their project team and provide an environment to share knowledge and experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Exposure to working as a Primavera P6 project planner on large-scale civil engineering/infrastructure projects, preferably for a tier 1 contractor or client-side consultancy.
  • A construction-related degree (civil/structural engineering, or construction/project management, or equivalent).
  • Experience working on large projects/programmes.
  • A construction or project management background, with a desire to grow their career and take advantage of opportunities offered by Mace.

Working Arrangements

We offer flexible and hybrid working options, including part-time work, if suitable within the role.

Compensation Package

$124,000 per year, estimated salary range based on location and industry standards.
