Job Description:

Expert Employment is seeking a skilled Virtual Environment Consulting Project Manager to join our team in managing consultancy projects, owning consulting activities, mentoring junior consultants, providing technical support to customers and staff, and contributing to Consultancy sales as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage consultancy projects with expertise in Building Physics using IES's VE Software.
  2. Own consulting activities with a focus on virtual environment and energy modelling.
  3. Mentor and coach junior consultants to develop their skills.
  4. Provide technical support to customers and staff on HVAC systems, daylight modelling, and UK building regulations Part L Section 6.
  5. Contribute to Consultancy sales by providing input on BREEAM, NABERS, LEED, ASHRAE 90.1 analysis, and Passivhaus skills.
Requirements:
  1. Possess integrated environment simulation and virtual environment experience.
  2. HVAC systems, controls, and system modelling experience.
  3. Daylight modelling expertise.
  4. UK building regulations Part L Section 6 knowledge.
  5. BREEAM, NABERS, LEED, ASHRAE 90.1 analysis skills, and Passivhaus expertise.
  6. Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
About the Role:

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
