Job Title: Academic Tutor
\About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Secondary SEND Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in science teaching and experience working with students who present challenging behaviors.
\\Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons that cater to the diverse educational needs of pupils, adapting content to suit individual learning styles.\\
- Foster a supportive classroom environment using evidence-based behavior management strategies in line with the school's policies.\\
- Monitor student progress in scientific understanding, utilizing various assessment methods to inform instruction.\\
- Differentiate teaching methods to ensure all pupils can access and succeed in the science curriculum, including modifications for SEN students.\\
- Promote inclusivity, providing equal opportunities for students to excel in science and develop key life skills.\\
- Actively participate in physical and practical science activities, enhancing the learning experience.\\
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting students' academic and personal growth.\\

Salary: £140-£190 per day
