Chief Security Strategist for EMEA Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Security Strategist to lead our security operations in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security strategies to ensure the protection of our assets, personnel, and information.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect Northrop Grumman's assets, personnel, and information in the EMEA region.
- Lead a team of security professionals to ensure the effective execution of security plans and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on security matters to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in security management at a senior level within government and/or the defense industry.
- Proven track record of delivering significant security projects within major global organizations.
- Hold one or more of the following security certifications: CISM, CPP, ISP, or NCSF.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to react professionally to urgent situations and regional crises.
