We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team at Sharp UK. As an Enterprise IT Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on IT-related matters. With a focus on technical expertise and strategic planning, this role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to take their consultancy skills to the next level.
This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As an Enterprise IT Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify and address IT-related challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- • Providing strategic advice and guidance on IT-related matters.
• Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with clients' business goals.
• Leading IT projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery.
• Maintaining detailed records of solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations to support ongoing operations.
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure projects align with both client expectations and organisational capabilities.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years in IT consultancy, with 3+ years in IT support or a similar environment.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure is a bonus.
Skillset: Strong knowledge of networking, server management, firewalls, security, and disaster recovery.
Certifications: A desire to pursue Microsoft Associate-level certifications or beyond.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices.
