- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all properties meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee audits, manage compliance policies, and lead incident investigations to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Sustainability:
- Integrate eco-friendly practices into property management and development.
- Lead projects that reduce our carbon footprint, secure funding for sustainability initiatives, and contribute to our environmental goals.
- Leadership and Culture:
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the Property directorate.
- Provide collective leadership on the Executive team, drive business change initiatives, and represent us externally to enhance our reputation.
- Facilities Management:
- Manage the operational effectiveness of our offices, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and supportive of a productive work environment.
About You:
We are looking for a strategic, commercially-astute leader with a proven track record in asset management and property services at a senior level. You will have substantial experience managing large budgets for service and capital investment and a strong ability to build and sustain effective external partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Relevant professional qualification in property, surveying, development, etc.
- Membership of a recognised relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is desirable.
