Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team in Grimsby, covering surrounding areas up to 1 hour distance, working in void and empty properties.
About the Role
As a Carpenter / Joiner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work to both occupied and void properties, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to properties, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice.
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, and window/door lock changes.
- Work in void and empty properties, as well as occupied properties, to deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate on the on-call rota, providing a 24/7 service to customers.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, excellent working H & S knowledge, and a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
