About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Practitioner, supporting our clients on our 24-hour advice line. As a Clinical Practitioner, you'll be guiding clients pre and post-treatment, advising on next steps, and referring them for further care when needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Triage clients over the phone, providing a reassuring and empathetic service while evaluating and prioritizing clients' needs.
  • Liaise with other departments within the one-call contact centre, collaborating to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive support for clients.
  • Undergo personal and professional development activities, engaging in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Consistently demonstrate the 6 C's of nursing, upholding the core values of nursing in all interactions and responsibilities to ensure high-quality care and professional integrity.
