- Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of culinary and catering staff to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficient operation of all in-unit catering activities, including inventory management, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans to drive sales and growth.
- Communication and Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers, line managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
- Training and Development: Support and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to improved performance and career progression.
- Health and Safety: Implement and review Health and Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
- Culinary Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and customer service.

- Certifications: Hold an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate excellent financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and drive sales growth.
- Personal Qualities: Be an ambitious and motivated individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
