Financial Business Partner Opportunity

Rescourcery Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join their team. As a part qualified Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting budget holders and contributing to the production of management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with budget holders to understand their financial needs and provide support in financial planning and analysis
  • Assist in the production of accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Utilise financial data to provide influential insights and recommendations to support operational decision making
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
Requirements
  • Part qualified Accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
