About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Physiotherapist Assessor. As a Physiotherapist Assessor, you will conduct independent health assessments on the impact of claimants' physical and mental health conditions and write reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and write reports on behalf of the DWP
- Use your clinical knowledge and critical reasoning skills to ensure a positive, dignified, and professional assessment process
- Work with a range of clients, including those with physical and mental health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive assessments
- Meet the required standards for quality and accuracy in your assessments and reports
Requirements:
- At least one year's post-HCPC registration work experience working with people aged 16 to 64
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Competent user of IT
