Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Reed Accountancy and Finance is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our client's team in Folkestone. This is an interim 6-month position with potential for further opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the company's financial plan.
  • Monitor business performance and identify trends.
  • Produce detailed reports for senior leadership and board members.
  • Translate the long-term financial plan into actionable annual budgets.
  • Support the senior and executive team with financial reporting and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
