About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse, providing specialist care to a young service user with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to ensure staff are up-to-date with best practice guidelines.
  • Deliver clinical training and identify training needs to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and attend key meetings as required.
  • Complete risk assessments and care plan reviews to ensure the service user's needs are met.
  • Assist with hands-on care, auditing, and transcribing of paperwork and MAR charts.
Requirements
  • Current NMC PIN and Paediatric Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Driver with access to a vehicle and ability to work flexibly across Monday to Sunday.
  • Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and enteral feeding is desirable but not essential.
