Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician/HIGHWAYS MATERIALS (Audit & Inspection) to join our team at ETS Technical Selection. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical part in our focus on serving clients better. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting sites to ensure compliance with our highways scheme requirements, conducting site investigations on defective installations, and providing technical assessments against our pre-identified scheme requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a relevant qualification (min. HNC), and experience in construction/highways product installation techniques. Additionally, you must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, adapting to a structured environment, and suggesting improvements when necessary. The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,500, based on national averages for similar roles in England.
