  • Collaborate closely with chefs and fellow kitchen staff to address the diverse requirements of the kitchen in relation to hospitality services.
  • Complete and document cleaning tasks in line with established schedules and protocols.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
  • Manage order taking and serving duties in the staff dining area.
  • Respect dietary needs as indicated by team members, ensuring menu options are suitable.
  • Ensure all dining ware is clean and in good condition.
  • Wash, dry, and store trays, crockery, cutlery, and glassware appropriately.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following hygiene training protocols.
  • Responsible for returning all equipment to the main kitchen daily.
  • Oversee the replenishment of supplies in the dining area.
