Job Requirements

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of Counselling or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy principles.

A professional qualification in Counselling or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to at least Diploma level is essential, along with current membership and accreditation with an appropriate professional body.

The ideal candidate will also possess significant post-qualification experience in multi-disciplinary adult client work, including brief solution-focused work and assessment.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
