We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and engaging top talent, and negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Foster lasting relationships with clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Find and engage the best talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
- Negotiate terms and fees to create win-win situations for clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency.
