Job Description

Osmii is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and expansion in Northern Europe. As VP of Sales, you will lead a high-performing sales team, responsible for managing and developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in Northern Europe.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Northern European market, including key clients, competitors, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
