Job Title: Senior Sales Director for Northern Europe

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead their sales team in Northern Europe. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
