About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and maintaining existing customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and rapport with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Qualify and convert leads into sales, maximizing profit opportunities
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and support the dealership's growth objectives
- Maintain accurate customer data and records, adhering to company policies and procedures
