Nursery Manager Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Early Years team in Walthamstow, London. This is a full-time position with competitive rates and amazing benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team. They should be able to identify training needs, develop training plans, and upskill staff to ensure they are effective in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Early Years team to deliver high-quality childcare services.
  • Develop and implement effective training plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Budget management, including running costs of the nursery.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, have Designated Safeguarding Lead certification, and at least 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager in a Nursery or Preschool setting. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and external agencies.
